Q4: What is the lead time?

Q5: How to store the goods?
A5: The VFD should be stored in dry, well ventilation, air conditioning environment or keep the room at the temperature 25 °C.
Q6: Do you accept factory inspection?

Q7: Why there is current leakage issue sometimes?
A7: IGBT is in high frequency switch during running, and the output current has higher harmonic. There is inductance between cable to ground and cable, so leakage current will be generated.
Q8: How to judge the damage of electrolytic capacitor?
A8: The poor quality of electrolytic capacitor has the following characteristics: leakage of liquid, high leakage current, high loss, heating, bulging, cracking, combustion caused by explosion, capacity reduction, and increase of internal resistance and inductance. For the filter electrolytic capacitor, because of its high voltage, large capacity, and large energy, it is easy to cause leakage, explosion, and combustion. Electrolyte is combustible and can cause combustion accident. Therefore, it is necessary to use a good quality electrolytic capacitor and replace it with a new one before reaching its service life.
Q9: What is the service life of electrolytic capacitor?
A9: It suggests that to replace electrolytic capacitor after 30,000 to 40,000 working hours.
Q10: How to solve the overcurrent (OC) issue?
A10: This is one of the most common faults in the drives. We need to first eliminate the fault caused by parameter problems, like current small limitation and too short acceleration time. Then we must judge whether there is something wrong with the current detection circuit, such as hall sensor, hall cable fault. Whether the output side of inverter is short circuited.
Q11: Can the CM530H be used to realize variable frequency speed regulation for ordinary motors?
A11: Ordinary motor can realize speed regulation by CM530H and SUNYE other series VFD, but it is not recommended to use it in low frequency (≤30Hz) for a long time to avoid temperature rise.
Q12: What will cause varistor damaging?
A12: The varistor was originally used as a protective device to absorb the over-voltage of the incoming line. However, when the voltage at the inlet side is continuously high and the performance of the varistor changes, the varistor may explode and burn, and the insulation of the surrounding devices and wires may also be affected.
Q13: How to solve over voltage (OV) problem?
A13: We need to first check if the fault caused by the improper parameter setting. For example, the deceleration time setting is too short. If the over-voltage caused by regenerative load (add braking unit), we can check whether there is a problem with the voltage at the input side. Besides, we can see whether there is a fault in the voltage detection circuit. Generally, the voltage sampling point of voltage detection circuit is the voltage of intermediate DC circuit.
Q14: How to solve the problem of overheating?
A14: Overheating is a common fault. Once it happens, we need to first think about whether the cooling fan is running, whether it is blocked, whether the ambient temperature is too high, whether the inverter is well ventilated, and whether the temperature detection circuit is in good condition.
Q15: Why use inverter to drive the motor? It saves energy but it is also an energy consumer.
A15: The inverter itself needs to consume a part of energy, but in most cases, it saves more energy for end user. For example, water pump and fan are mostly adjusting flow through a valve, it can save the cost of valve by introducing inverter and such replacement reduced energy consumption based on the working principle of motor. Meanwhile, the inverter has a soft start function, which can reduce the starting impulse current of the motor and extents service life of it; and the frequency can be adjusted to realize the motor speed regulation. If the motor has been working at the rated frequency all the time, energy saving cannot be achieved even if we introduced inverter.
